Body - looks the same to me Endurance - getting better. I still have day 3 of w2 of c25k to do tomorrow. Diet Progress - not weight lost, but none gained back which is awesome since I was in Hershey all weekend! Workout Progress - havent worked out since Thursday (again.....vacation). But I did do day 2 of JM, and Day 1 and 2 of week 2 last week. Back on track tomorrow.
2 weeks and 1 day of not smoking!

Week 2
Body-Big changes! My pats are falling off. Lost 2lbs this week
Endurance -Much better. I don't get out of breath duriing workouts anymore
Diet Progress -Totally on point
Workout Progress -ran 1.5 miles, pushing for 1.7

Body - Lost 1.3 - I think it's all the water I drank.
Endurance - eh...working on it. I need to forget how I used to workout before & just think about now.
Diet Progress - I think I need to get back to basics & actually measure what I eat. I should have loss more my first week with working out & watching what I eat.
Workout Progress - Got my new sneaks last night. Did JFArms, need to increase weights to challenge myself. Like I said last night I'm repeating w1d1 on c25k.

As for me,
MINI MILESTONE here!
I tried on 2 different pairs of pre-preggo jeans yesterday and for the first time ever, I was able to actually zipper and button them! Now, granted I had a COSTCO sized muffin top... but still! I was so happy! The last time I tried them, I could barely squeeze them over my thighs and wasn't able to button them!
And... my thighs don't touch anymore! WOOT WOOT!
That's pushing me and helping me to keep going!
I decided that I'm doing every other day with C25k instead of just 3 days/week. I cant' take 2 days off in a row - it's too long for me to become lazy and not want to go back! So yesterday, I KILLED myself and pushed through Week 2, Day 1 of C25k. I thought I'd die, but I made it!

Body - 2.6lbs off, stomach is getting mushier Endurance - Diet Progress - had a few bad days here and there but overall good Workout Progress - i actually didn't work out this week. i've been having a lot of issues with my period :-/

Can I join in on the fun? DD is 16 months and I am trying to lose the last 10 lbs of PG weight once and for all so that I will be healthier and not be heavier than the first time if we TTC again at some point.
I have been on WW for one week and have lost 2.8 lbs. I am a pig (see screen name) so I'm trying to eat more low point foods like veggies so I can eat more overall
I lost 30 lbs on WW before my wedding and kept it off until I got PG so I know I can do it. I just have to stick with it with all the summer BBQs and such in my future!!
I plan to exercise 5x per week.

Body- I won't get on the scale yet...not ready for that!!! Clothes seem to be fitting different...some days better than others!
Endurance - Gets better each day!
Diet Progress - I've been sticking to it...had carrots and celery for lunch with fat free dressing...smaller portions at dinner and NO snacking!
Workout Progress - Still on week 2 of C23K...Wii 2-3x a week and walking almost every other day with 35lb DS in stroller.

Funny...I was thinking the same thing with c25k. The two days off in a row was like starting all over again!

Body - looks the same to me Workout Progress - I have bronchitis (sp?)...so workouts have been sidelined...this is the 2nd time this has happened to me on wk3 of c25k. Hope this doesn't become a regular pattern.
Diet Progress - haven't lost...haven't gaine
I feel like getting sick is going to totally mess me up. It's hard enough to stay motivated. I remember WAY back in December vowing not to spend yet ANOTHER summer unhappy with the way I look...and here I am June 8th and feeling gross.

ETA: I know i'm late on the makeover fun- but I need some buddies.
Diet: Weight Watchers (second weigh-in tomorrow)
Fitness: Gym at least every other day for treadmill/elliptical/other, plus walking with DD everyday and some at home exercises.
Goals: I am now 2 pounds under pre-preg weight but still need to lose AT LEAST 25-30 pounds to feel REALLY good about myself, plus I want to tone up. I want to not be so lazy feeling all the time. I want to feel good about myself and have energy again.

Feeling better today, back on track with WW and I did day 3 of week 2 of the c25K which felt good! I definitely noticed a HUGE change in my endurance today. Barely got winded. I even kept running after my final 90 secs was up and made it almost all of the way around the block. Which is HUGE since 2 weeks ago, I would literally run the length of 4 houses and want to DIE!

I am dying over here - my knees are still so hurt that I definitely need to lay off impact stuff for a while. I haven't seen any improvement and it's been 6 days since I ran and 4 days since I did elliptical . For the first time I think ever I actually WANT to work out - and I can't!
However, my diet has been going pretty well and I notice that my clothes are fitting *slightly* better.

this is perfect timing!!! i would like to join! ive been literally meaning to buy a workout dvd so that i can get my arse off the couch and move more. i feel that i do not do enough physical activity. i've been eating well , feeling great and if i do a little exercise, i'll be go to go! my goal is to get moving!!!
Hunnybunnyxoxo Diet - healthy eating and increase water intake Workout Plan - up the physical activity. pilates and or yoga dvd 3x/week, brisk walk around the neighborhood 3 days a week Goals - To get moving! I'd like to tighten and tone as well.

ok, did 30 day today and my knees are starting to hurt.....what should I do? I dont want to be out of commission. They arent killing me, but definitely hurt. Anything for bad knees? This happened last time and I had to just stop everything. I bought new sneakers which helped, as I made it much longer this time before they started to hurt. GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!

My knees started to hurt today too! I just posted on here about it. Im hoping it doesnt get as bad as last time. Its so frustrating. Good job on your diet! Thats awesome! I have a great DVD called perfect abs, it has like 10 ab workouts about 8 or 9 mins each...great for days when you want to work out but take it easy on your knees!

Just saw this Hayley!! That's awesome!!!
ASF: a pair of pre preggo pants fits better now. but like you...HUGE muffin top still... but it felt good to be able to zip them.
so i was short on time this morning and bored of running the treadmill so I did the 30 shred!! I forgot how hard it was!!! but made it thru...did most of it which i was very surprised at!! I think i'll alternate running and that b/c running is already boring me!!

Week 2. Loss 1.6 lbs with a total loss of 2 lbs.
Endurance: Much better, getting through the 30 day shred, also jogged for 2 miles (which I haven't done in more than 2 years)
Also picked up the biggest loser DVD and burned lots of calories, wahoo

Thanks for the words of encouragment! So, I took a Zumba class after work last night and LOVED IT! I was dripping with sweat, but I felt great. I'm going to work that into my workouts 1x per week. YAY! I'm back baby!!!!!!

Im so excited.....its kickboxing at a place down the street from me in Smithtown. $19.99 for 3 trial classes. I like that it was so inexpensive that I could try it before I committed. Im not sure what the cost will be once the promo rate is up. We shall see.

Im looking for some exercising I may enjoy since I HATE the gym.
Next to look into, a zumba class too!
Ive decided not to do the 30 day shred anymore bc I hate it and with the running its to much impact on my knees, just direct jumping up and down.
I did get a stability ball and DVD to do for a less impactful yet effective workout.
So now.......
3 days a week - running 6 days a week - stability ball (3 days of upper body, 3 days of lower body) 3 days a week - Perfect Ab DVD 1 day a week - kickboxing 1 day a week - zumba (TBD)
Right now, Ive taken the week of from exercising to give my knee a chance to get better before I really damage it and cant do anything for a while.

OK I have done absolutely nothing in the past 2 weeks. Both DS and I have been sick since 6/1. That 1st week I gained 1.2 lbs but this week I lost 2.8lbs. After gaining last week I made sure to REALLY watch what I ate this week and it definitely paid off!!! Now I just have to keep it up!!!
I am feeling better so I got out and ran 5 miles this evening. I just back a little while ago and I have to say that it felt great to run again.
I plan to keep running this week and try to fit in the Turbo Jam DVD whenever I can.
Keep It Up Ladies!!!
ETA: I plan to also sign up for the kickboxing class that eddiesmommy posted about. I am moving at the end of the month so I am going to wait and join in July. Hopefully that special will still be available! I will do that class 1x/wk.
Also my BFF wants to do a beginners triathlon in October. We are going to start training for that in July.
