What date did you put as the "event" date on your registry? The shower date or the due date?

DUE DATE - but I lied and put the due date one month earlier than my actual due date so that I will get the registry completetion coupons with plenty of time to go shopping before the Lil One makes his/her arrival!!

The due date is what is on my registry. I made it a little earlier in the hopes of getting the completion coupon sooner.

Exactly my thought process!! And BRU said that the coupon could be sent out anywhere from 2 weeks before your posted due date and 2 weeks after your posted due date! Right then and there I decided to LIE!

But....about lying...
The reason I didn't change the due date is b/c I want to be able to have full time to return things after the baby is born, since only when baby comes might I realize what I truly need/don't need. Just another thought.

due date. BBB will send you the registry coupon whenever you ask for it. I emailed them the day after my shower and had it within 2 days. You can only use it once, so we are going to finish up our shopping in 2 weekends (6 weeks before due date)
