THOse who Got the BABY UNIVERSE PAPASAN
They sent me an email saying that the proice of $63.99 was WRONG and they credited me the money back and will send a 15% off coupon.
IDIOTS.
how can they not stand behind their price mistake??????????????????????

Do you have a print out of the original price or the reciept? If so they have to honor it or it can be considered false advertising (or even a "Bait & Switch", which is illegal).

No, but maybe I can get it? I paid online through paypal?
Yeah any confirmation of order or payment from the company should do it. Also I'd let Paypal know & see what they can do.

hmmmm, maybe. I'd definitly make sure you have something to back up the price though. If it turns out to be a your word vs theirs I am not sure how successful you'd be.

I knew it was too good to be true....there is probably some fine print somewhere that says they are not responsible for pricing errors...at least you can save 15% on something else, or even the swing

There is nothing on my reciept that says anything about pricing possibly being incorrect.

This is DEFINITELY the crappiest business handling ever!!!! Ok, someone made a mistake. Eat your losses and HONOR the sales already placed. Can't tell me they're still not making some good $ off the swings already--they need to stop being so greedy and hold up their end of the sales agreement. Absolutely HORRIBLE business practice if you ask me. They look horrible in lots of eyes now! Not good for business!!
Boy, I'm getting worked up and I didn't even order this! Go get them ladies! Can't wait to hear the updates!

yeah Thats the email I got. And yes Im going to complain. My mom said that on their site it nows says unavailable and to "try these alternatives"...That can be classified as "bait and switch" .
Im sending them an email tommorow....
And if they dont respond in 48 hours, Im filing a paypal complaint...since I paid that way.
I re-registered for it, BUT I really think they need to stand by their word. It doesnt seem 100% legal.

I'm so sorry that you ladies won't be getting the swings!! I feel bad for even posting the deal now. That's just crappy they won't honor the price!! If something is marked wrong at the store, they have to give it to you for that price, I can't believe the internet isn't the same way.

I got the email- I have yet to have that money refunded back into my account.
