I used mine for the first time last night. It was super easy and the floors are very clean, but it did leave a little haze on my dark hardwood.
Did anyone else experience that?

Did you use distilled water? I think I read that the filter on the machine is so new, in time when used more often you shouldn't have any problems.

yup, used distilled water. Even with the slight haze, I'm glad I got it.

This just in.. my floors & socks LOVE my Bissell!
I used it on my ceramic tiles in the bathroom, vinyl tiles in my foyer & laminate in my kitchen. All floors approve!

Acerone, you crack me up...I am sucker and bought one!@ Yesterday morning I was looking at them on HSN (the blue one) and it was 89, I checked again in the afternoon and it was 69, I fugured someone was telling me I needed this thing. So with a 15%off coupon its a great deal. Thanks for this, and I do hope Bissell is paying oyu some sort of commission, HA!

Thanks to kissy's recomendation, I bought mine from HSN today. I've been stalking it to go down to 69 bucks and with the coupon - I couldn't pass it up.
