Waking from sleep on her belly...

Gianna has been waking up from her naps/night sleep on her belly for the last three days! It's so adorable, but it's making me nervous.

If she's able to roll onto her stomach like that, I guess she's developmentally ready, but should I be concerned with sids? Gianna is 5 mos old.

Any input would be great!

my son has been sleeping on his tummy since 2 1/2 months.. its the only way he ever liked to sleep - but he was mostly on our chests sleeping for the first 8 weeks..

once he was in his crib, we bought the angel monitor (i think thats its name) you put it under the mattress and it checks the breathing... any change in the breathing, a very loud alarm sounds..

it gave us a peace of mind.. that might help you feel better...
