Was anyone ever put on Prometrium for low Prog.?? ETA: my levels
I had bloodwork done and my doctor just prescribed me Zofran (there is a god!!!) but then said my Progesterone was low (which of course I'm NOW freaking out about) 
my HCG levels were good though.
ETA:
HCG: 37,427 (these were my numbers on Friday....it's probably around 158000 now or hopefully!)
Prog: 14.0
he said it's a little low and wants to watch it.

I was on it until 12 wks...I did IVF so it was a precaution. Don't worry a lot of girls on here were on progesterone supplements bc of low levels and went on to heave healthy babies 
It can be kind of messy so I would always wear a pantiliner with it.

I think she means the Vaginal suppositories.
I'm on the pill form of Prometrium...I take it once a day...until I'm 12-13 weeks PG.
No side effects or anything.

I'm taking the pill too....so I hopefully won't have messy side effects. Do you know what your levels were?

i was on progesterone after my IUI from days 18-28.
after i got my BFP the dr. called in a script for 2x the amount 2x a day. He's a big believer in it apparently. My former GYN however is not.
I've stopped taking them a few weeks ago b/c during the day it makes me sick and when i was taking it at nite, i can barely get it down anymore b/c of my reflux/gas issues.
I was not informed though that i had low progesterone..i was told that was fine, but he does this for precaution i guess.
