Weird Stain removal issue question

I just started going through DD's newborn clothing to get it ready for the new baby girl and I noticed a couple of things have horrible yellow stains on them. I know when I packed this stuff up I threw out anything that was badly stained, so I can't imagine that I would have kept this stuff. Now it was definitely clean when I packed it, is it possible it got worse? Any ideas on how to get rid of the stains?

I swear by Shout. MIL gave me one of DH's outfits when he was a baby but there was a stain on the collar. I sprayed some Shout and let it sit for a few days and washed it. Looked like new!

There is this great stuff that you get at AC Moore or Michaels that is in a tiny little bottle usually up by the cashier. It's called Grandma's Stain Remover. It's WONDERFUL!

I do the same thing and the stains come right out. Everything usually sits at least 2 days though with the shout on it before we wash it to make sure the stain comes out
