We have them, and have been very happy. We also just did the no cost refi with them, and it worked out perfectly..no surprises. One of the easiest things i ever did.

We we refinanced our loan was bought out by Wells Fargo and I love them. No issues what so ever and their online tools & customer service are great!

We used them for both mortgages
I think they have GREAT customer service. I just called today for something and they were so helpful.
One thing I would say is it took a while to get our mortgage commitment. It was at the underwriter for a while. Granted we had a few snowstorms which messed things up a bit but I did find once I started calling to check up on the status, things moved faster.

We have Wells Fargo and have almost always been happy with them. Our closing went so smoothly, and their customer service is always helpful.

This is our second mortgage with Wells and I am beyond happy. I work for a large bank and went with Wells instead.

Terrible experience ! They were so difficult to work with, it was a nightmare and never want to deal with them, ever again!
