buy and where did you get it from?
also-- do you need to buy a breast pump bra?

I just got the Dr Brown's manual pump and it was ok. I liked the Avent one I had better.

Well I got a Dr. Brown's manual one at my shower which works well but your hand gets tired after a while.
We then rented one from the medical supply store for the first month (to make sure all would work b/4 we bought one) that was a Medela Lactina(?)
I then bought a Medela Pump in Style advanced from chmlengr & LOVE it.

I have a Medela Symphony and IT IS WONDERFUL. I need to pump being a preemie mommy and this is so dependable. I rented it from a lactation specialist referred by the hospital.
