Going to the Gym with DH on weekends. I miss just getting up and going out with him.
I miss going out to eat just the two of us.
Don't get me wrong I love DD very much but it's also a challenge now going out to eat with her keeping her entertained.

Mostly just sleep...
I do miss being able to stop wherever on the way home, or run out quick to do something without arranging child care / packing a bag...but that is tempered with the amount of joy DD gives me and how much fun we have...

having extra money for "fun".
between hospital bills, daycare, formula and diapers, there's no fun budget (weekend trips) anymore.
we take the baby anywhere and everywhere - he's so good, he doesn't tie us down in the least. In fact, I love having him with us! We went to lunch yesterday and he was just chillen at the table, flirting with the waitress, playing with the coasters, etc. adorable.

more time with DH
going away without a care
"me" time (aka pedicure, manicure, little stuff like that)
going out for dinner/drinks whenever
but for the most part, just SLEEP!
All of this! oh and fitting into my clothes, I am not there yet!

-Happy Hour
-Having some extra bucks to spend on
whatever
- Reading the whole newspaper rather than just pulling out the coupons!
-Getting up on a Sat morning and going rollerblading or out for coffee with DH
- Staying up late because I was not tired as opposed to staying up late since that is the only time I have all to myself each day.
- Wearing clothes that need dry cleaning
-High heels
-Did I mention Happy Hours!

Happy Hour and my friends! oh and my body (not that i was in shape or anything. but now, forgetta bout it!) oh yes.....sleep! and vacations with dh.
but it's all worth it!

I can honestly say that I miss ABSOLUTELY NOTHING from my pre-children days.
I have no regrets, no what-ifs, and really, truly miss NOTHING (yes, even sleep).
I know, I am weird
I don't think you are weird, I feel the same way 
Maybe it is because I waited until I was 34 to have a child, but I miss nothing from my pre-DC days; I loved life then and now it is even better

Mostly of all going on vacations on a whim and going out with girlfriends on a whim.
ITA. DH and I would just pick up and do anything. Now not so much.

Being lazy! meaning, if we wanted to we could sleep late, go to lunch, come home hang out, watch a movie and thats it!
Now I have to make sure everything is cleaned up and any dangers removed, laundry is done, dishes and highchair trays are cleaned, baby's food is prepared etc etc

I really don't miss anything...
DH and I still get to go out with our friends often because we have a good support system.
DD still wakes up once a night and is up by 8 everyday- sometimes earlier, but I have gotten used to it and can function on less sleep. DH takes over on weekends so I can sleep in.
None of us want for anything, money-wise. We weren't big travelers to begin with- so not missing anything there.
DD is a very good baby so I can pretty much take her anywhere.
I definitely don't drink as much as I did pre-baby, because I took care of her hung over once and will never do it again. I am also afraid something will happen while she is with a babysitter and DH and I will both be drunk and not be able to get to her- coherently at least so I don't drink much anymore, but I don't mind.

Being able to work on something around the house with my DH at the same time.
One of us always has to tend to DS (obviously) - and that person is always me.
I feel bad that I can't help DH out more. We just moved into a house, and that's a big job to do by yourself. We have tons of unpacking and organizing to do, and it's hard to get done with a baby to care for.
(I have to say, what an unusual answer.... Most people are saying sleep, shopping, mani/pedi, reading - I say I miss helping my DH do work around the house! )
