Planning adult vacations, not Busch Gardens etc... I know we will be able to go on nice vacations again with DS, but for the time being I miss it.

vacations
dinner at fancy restaurants
But mostly "freedom". Do what I want, when I want in a matter of minutes. Take a jacket, purse and go.

1. Walking out the door with just my bag and a jacket.
2. Sleeping in.
3. Having endless amounts of time to work out.
4. Eating a meal without having to get up 10 times.
5. Going out to dinner.
6. RELAXING vacations.
7. Sleeping thru the night.
But I wouldn't trade it for anything.

Just picking up and going somewhere without worrying about what time a feeding is and when I have to pump again. Also taking a nap whenever I want especially after work.

i miss being able to nap. I could take a nap every day before jacen was born. Since he's been born, even when i have the opportunity to nap... i can't anymore.  I just can't fall asleep!!! I guess i have too much going on in my head now.

I agree! I always feel like I need to...ahem..stifle my voice and never really get to enjoy it
I also miss just getting up and going to dinner or taking a walk with DH at 11PM or going food shopping late at night or anything else that happens after hours. Thankfully DD is a good sleeper but I miss not being able to go whenever I want to go...

Freedom to do what I want, when I want and travelling.
I also really miss waking up on a Saturday morning by myself, turning on the TV as loud as I want to watch whatever I want without worrying about anyone waking up and calling me- or having to turn on sesame street when she wakes up.
Coming straight home after work and being by myself.
