What table food can I feed a 1 year old??
Brody has nooo interest in baby food. I don't know what to give him. Ava ate baby food forever.
What is safe for him? Can he have eggs? How do I know he is getting the right nutrients if he is not just eating baby fruits and veggies.

He can really eat anything, just introduce it like you would baby food.
IIRC, your DD has a nut allergy? Then I'd wait on those things.
At 1, DS was totally off baby food.

My DD is almost 1 and since about 6 months old I've been giving her everything we eat. She has eggs, pancakes, waffles, cheese, chicken, turkey, pasta, fruits, veggies, etc. As long as it's nothing hard that she will choke on I give it to her. She doesn't even have teeth and she does fine with everything.

pretty much anything you eat, just cut up really small. Softer things like fruits, pancakes, etc were DDs favorites, She also loves nutragrain cereal bars at that age.

By one my girls were eating everything we ate. I no longer even cut things up for them. They were eating whole sandwiches and such at that age. The ONLY things I cut up at that age we tough meats or things I felt they might have trouble chewing or biting through like steak.
