If I'm behind a car I always leave room in case it's a stick.

I do, but never to the point where I am up anybodys arse. I hate where there is a huge gap and the person ahead of me doesnt move up, especially if it could alleviate some traffic behind or give room for someone to move into the other lane.

If I am in a turning lane with an arrow I definitely do. Sometimes those arrows change fast and I want to give the people behind me the chance to get through the arrow too.
