Yes, that is true... it wasn't like it was slurs or anything like that, it was just worded in a very condescending way, IMO.... and it was almost like, where is this coming from????? perhps he meant to compare the traffic from the Pope's visit to the traffic and congestion from the Sean Bell protests.
that seemed to be the idea but when asked he said no.
who knows? we're not in his head.
