Which Paci does your newborn love & do they stay in the mouth?
I swear I hate pacifiers & find them annoying but DS doesn't get thumb sucking yet so for now I need to get him a great pacifier. We already try to use the soothies but he doesn't seem to care for them. Which ones do your babies love?

DS doesn't love any paci! Hates the mam, and at times will take a soothie or a nuk, but only for a few mins.
When DD was a newborn she loved the NUK and actually still does at 2! lol ughh

Anything orthodontic- the flatter like angled nipple. The Playtex ones are great.

Soothie - make sure you get a wubbanub too! It's basically a little doll attached to the Soothie. It helps anchor it into their mouth (although it will still fall out - but that's normal)

DD loves the avent pacifiers. She has a hard time keeping the Nuk ones on her mouth.

My first son only liked Soothies, but he only took it for a month or 2 until he found his fingers. Now at 2.5, he still sucks the same 2 fingers! My 2nd son only loves MAM.

DD loves the soothie. The wubbanub does help keep it in her mouth most of the time.

We first tried the Nuk with DD, and she didn't like it, but she likes the Soothie. I have to remember to get a Wubbanub to help keep it in.

Ooh thanks for posting this!!!! Dd loves her soothies and it drives me crazy when she drops it and I can't find the damn thing bc she's sitting on top of it

Only the Soothie. I got the Wubanub (three actually  ) but only give it to DD at night time. I don't love how heavy the Wubanub is and how it seems to be an effort for her to keep it in her mouth when she's not lying down.

These!!!!!!! I love them and at the newborn stage he was able to fiddle enough to get it back into his mouth while in the swing He is almost 8 months now and while he still really like these he is LOVING the avent ones now.

DS only seemed to like the nuk so that's what we stuck with. anything else he would spit out, but those he'd keep in for a while, for the most part.
just keep trying until you find the one they like. if you don't maybe LO just isn't into them.
