Who's nervous for tomorrow's outcome?

Did Trump and his team ever stop and think that maybe....just maybe if he took more initiative around this whole coronavirus situation we may not be in the mess we are going into now?

There is no landslide and more republicans came out to vote this time, big turnout with latino's so not sure what you mean by that.

Without coronavirus I think it would’ve been a Trump landslide.

As far as the popular vote, Biden has swept it. He's done better than Obama in 2008 as of yesterday and has a new record. More than 71 million votes as of yesterday (and counting).

I would call that a national landslide. Elect. college matters as far as who wins, but the people have spoken.

I would tentatively disagree only because it looked like CoVid wasn't a major decisive factor nation-wide when people casted their votes (as far as exit polls). I guess we will know more in time.

What's not to get? We have NEVER had this many mail in ballots.....which is the reason we are still waiting to hear who our next President will be. He's threatening lawsuits left and right. This is his FAULT.

He left it up to the Governors. At some point personal responsibility needs to considered instead of blaming it on one person. A person who, by the way, banned flights from China at the beginning of this in order to curb the spread and was called a racist by Dems. He can’t win.

He did not ban flights from China. He had some murky restrictions.

If Biden were president in March of 2020 the Defense Production Act would have been invoked in a meaningful way and we would all have N95 masks to wear. Additionally shutting down China while allowing travel from Europe was not helpful. It is well known that the spread of Coronavirus on the east coast was exacerbated by travel from Europe. Even when he did stop travel from Europe there was so many exclusions to the ban that many people were still able to come back in to the US.

And the "restriction", which still let 40,000 people in, did almost nothing to stop the virus from entering the country. Most of our cases, especially on the East Coast, came from Europe. Not China.

https://nyulangone.org/news/new-york-citys-coronavirus-outbreak-spread-more-european-sources-first-reported

He can't win anything because he never DID anything.... for anything or anyone other than himself....

He threw it all into the laps of the governors because he didn't care, didn't take it seriously and more importantly, did not want to shoulder ANY responsibility. He's a pathetic, do nothing, fraud. He sat back, let every state flounder on their own and threatened them CONSTANTLY with holding back assistance and funding to fight the virus because he has a chip on his shoulder, especially with the blue states he hates. He didn't issue a single national mandate to help anything either. He did NOTHING but refute science and spread false misinformation and lies. Still waiting over here for his "China" virus (a$$hole racist) to "magically disappear".

If Trump had ordered mandatory masking all the Dems would be screaming FASCIST. If Biden orders masking he is a science-loving saint. Liberal bias at work.

Only speaking for myself but Trump did not get my vote solely because I am appalled with his anti-science rhetoric. It makes my blood boil that he allows ignorant people to question the integrity of the work of our country's greatest, brightest scientists who have devoted their lives to helping Americans be healthy.

I am a republican. I thought he was doing a decent job in office. Of course I wished he would stay off twitter and whole heartedly denounce racism but overall, I was okay with him. Until he allowed the work of our most respected scientists and physicians to be questioned. I have a huge, excuse me, YUUUUUGE problem with that.

When right-wing extremists claim science and facts are "Liberal bias", that's when you know they have no real argument. It's the right-wing extremists version of "Nuh uh..."

Dems constantly asked trump to mandate mask wearing. He constantly refused. Dems at every level asked him to do it on a regular basis.

Of course it is his fault. Not that he wants the American public to make sure there is no fraud. If there is not then he will not win. Do you honestly think this man wants to go through another 4 years of what the Democrats have done to him for himself? He could move on and go back to his businesses and not work for free and not be on 24/7 everyday.

Yup--and it was so easy to see that science undermining and selfishness when it came to early precautions and mask wearing was going to protract and prolong this COVID pandemic. From the top down--all the way down.

Well, things are about to change.
