Friday - Ran 4.25 miles
30 pushups
Abs

Sunday - Ran over 4 miles outside, it was awesome being outside.

3 sets of 12- bicep curls with 10 lbs
3 sets of 12 - bench press with 10lb
3 sets of 12 - shoulder something, forget what they are called 5lbs
Abs

I did 25 min on the treadmill today. Starting out slow.

Tomorrow morning I plan on 20 min on the treadmill and 40 min yoga

For being off an entire month.........Chat Icon I finally went yesterday and ran 3 miles. It felt great.

I'm attempting today.........to do some upper body........then either run or do the elliptical.

I have been SO very lazy & can not even remember how long it's been since I have been at the gymChat Icon

BUT...I did get a bicycle a few weeks ago and have been riding it at least 3 times a week......short but at least I am out there.

Back on track today though I hope!

I just came back from a 40 minute ride.

Tomorrow....gonna aim for a bike ride and maybe a 1/2 hour at the gym for weights.

bicep curls 10/3/10
Hammer curls 10/3/10
Tri kickbacks 10/3/10
Tricep dips 1 set of 10 (I got lazy)
Overhead presses 10/3/10

50 ab crunches

I'm back and I hope that I am back to stay!

3 mile run- with the last .75 mile up hill

haven't worked out in a LONG time

then I walked a mile to the drug store and back b/c my husband couldn't wait for his prescription - which I was mad about- but it was good to walk after

I am not that sore- and I am going to walk at lunch since I can't work out tonight

(I walked monday and tuesday at lunch also)

It's been pretty much 25 - 30 min speedwalking on the treadmill in the morning and 30 jumping jacks

evening has been 30 min speedwalking and weights.

I was sore for a few days but now feeling great

Thursday - Walked for 30 minutes during lunch

Friday - ran over 4 miles
Shoulder pressed, hammer curls, abs and pushups

Saturday - Ran 3.65 miles
Abs and 30 pushups

Sunday - ran over 4 miles outside ( I need to track my route and find out how far I am going)

in my basement...
2 sets of shoulder presses - 25 lbs.
2 sets of bicep curls - 20 lbs.

walked a mile at lunch

no running tonight- getting a pedicure- leaving for my brothers wedding tomorrow

and I am bringing my running sneakers to run on the beach a few times

Monday - Walked for 30 minutes during lunch, it was so HOT!!!

Tuesday - Walked for 30 minutes during lunch, it was Hot again, but I like getting outside.

After work we took Sarge to a trail in East Moriches, jogged and walked about 2 miles/

Working at a client's site so I can't log in here during the day (they monitor the network Chat Icon )
But I'm still working out - tonight I did a quicky workout - full squats, RDLs, incline bench press, 25 min cardio, abs and stretch.

Friday, July 6 - First personal training session - jump rope and whole body weight training workout

Wednesday, July 11 - 2nd personal training session - jump rope and whole body weight training workout


Jump rope is really hard! At first I was like this will be a piece of cake, after all I run 3 - 4 miles no problem. I was wrong, it was tough!
