No...especially Michael, it's very common. Michael is my husband's name and my son's middle name.

i think it depends. but I wouldn't get upset over Michael bc it's one of those common traditional biblical names. My sons name is traditional but I hardly hear of anyone naming their baby Peter anymore unless its passed through the generations (DS was named after his great grandfather who passed when DH was small) so that might bug me a bit. but I think it would REALLY get to me if it was a more unique name...like I considered naming DS Waylon, Jackson Cash or Wyatt. if someone had used that name then yeah I'd be like WTH!
as an unrelated side note...THANK GOD I didn't name my son Waylon, Jackson Cash or Wyatt...he soooooo does not look like any of those! Peter is definitely fitting for his look
