wwyd NPR!
I ordered lhandpained personalized letters for my baby's room two weeks ago and paid for them. She said they would be here last WED or THURS. THey never came and she is not returning my emails. Now they are almost one week late. People on this site have ordered from her before with no problem. I already paid through paypal. Would you stop payment (if possible-not sure how this works) or give it a few more days?

I would wait until Wednesday of this week.
It is only Monday, perhaps she went away for the weekend and isn't ducking you?You know?
If no response or no letters, contact paypal, they will walk you through what you need to do

I'd give it a few more days. It's only a week late and she has shown favorable ratings from others. You never know if she ran into a family emergency or problem. For instance: my sister is a cake-maker (Not on LI, so this is not solicitation) and she ended up in the emergency room yesterday and had surgery. Now she has to stay at my brother's house for a week to 'be taken care of'. The last thing on her mind is her cakes.
