WWYD, pool party and strep?
We have a party today, kids will be swimming , a child will be there who has been sick all week ( just found out it is strep) and has not been on antiobiotics until today. They may get the meds today if possible. Also, the brother had strep last week and was on antibiotics this week.
Would you let your child go swimming. ( DD is two )

no, kids are constantly taking in water into their mouths when they are in the pool

too bad the sick child is not staying home which seems like the better solution but it seems that's not within your control.

That is crazy that they are still taking the kid..I was always told that you are contagious until you are on meds for 24 hrs...if he hasnt been on meds for 24 hrs I wouldnt! =( But that stinks for you!

the sick kids belong to the host! And we were with them last night and already smothered my DD with kisses! I'm a nervous wreck already thinking she caught it last night! The mom neglected to divulge this info last night while she was well aware! :(

Wow!! That really stinks!! Who does that?? I'd probably not go just because i'd be so annoyed at her for being so inconsiderate!
