WWYD Question - Sleep related - help pls!

I have been having major issues with Jack waking up very early. This morning it was 4:45. The previous days it was between 5-5:30. He was napping about 1.5-2 hours a day.

Thankfully he is on hour three of a nap today. I am elated - but also torn - do I put him down at his regular bedtime (7:15-7:30)

Yes!

DD will take really long naps sometimes and as long as she has 2 hours between the time she wakes up and the time I put her down for a normal bedtime I put her down. She doesn't give me a hard time either.

Thanks - I think I'll aim to put him down around 7:30ish! He woke up at 5 - a 3.5 hr nap!

For the past week, it has been a complete nightmare with DS. He wakes at anytime of the night and laughs, talks, etc... he keeps me awake for 1.5-2 hours everynight since last week.

I never let him nap more than 3 hours. Otherwise, he won't go to bed until very later than his usual bed time.
