Christmas breakfast
cinnamon rolls from scratch, frittata, bacon, sausage, fruit salad Usually my parents and in laws come over around 9 am on Christmas and eat with us, but this year due to COVID it will be just us. We still plan on keeping tradition and having all this yummy food lol.

Re: Christmas breakfast
It's hard for is because my husband doesn't eat breakfast so it would just be me and DD and she's more into gifts than eating breakfast. But I have a recipe for a breakfast hash brown casserole that I make for Mother's Day Brunch that's delicious and super easy and you can make the night before and just pop in the oven in the morning. I can find it if you want

Re: Christmas breakfast
We love our Christmas breakfast! We can’t get through all of the gifts w/ out it! Cinnamon rolls Biscuits w/ jelly Chicken apple breakfast sausage and/or bacon Tater tot egg casserole Crustless spinach quiche Date nut bread w/ cream cheese Fruit salad Mimosas or jingle juice
I’ve also done an overnight crock pot oatmeal which I love but I’m the only one who eats it. I do most of the prep the night before bc I don’t usually host Christmas Eve.

French toast casserole because you can prep it all the night before and it is really good. Also usually a frittata

Christmas breakfast
We don't have a breakfast tradition. I tried the french toast made the night before and it didn't go over so well. I just make french toast fresh in the morning with some eggs. Sometimes they just eat candy from their stockings, and run to the presents. LOL I would like to try something new.
