Question for those that are currently administrators
I am in the middle of my Master's Program in Administration. I will (fingers crossed) be done with it next summer. I am planning on applying for administration jobs shortly after. I probably won't apply for that September, but would wait for either the next or the one following that.
Is there anything that I should begin doing to add to my resume to make myself more marketable? How did you get your position? Where did you go to apply?
Just in case you need more info - I do have another Master's (History), teach, coach a forensics team and am an online professor.

I'm not admin, but I would apply for jobs that spring/summer you are finishing - certification pending.
