melting chocolate question-for pretzels
if the recipe calls for using white baking chooclate is that better to use then those meltable wafer chocolates sold at party stores? I'm not familiar if white baking chocolate is bitter?
This is for dipping pretzel rods to make those fancy pretzel favors.

We use the round chip looking chocolates that you buy from a candy shop.. Tastes Yummy

They sell the melting white chocolate (those discs or wafers) at michael’s and stores like that—we did pretzels at Christmas time and used that and it was good!

You can get them at Michaels. They have them in all colors in the baking aisle

Almond Bark is also good..but it's hard to find this time of year. I usually get around Christmas time.
