WHAT!!!!!!!! Why did they let her drive??? No one could see she was that drunk!!!
As soon as I heard about how crazy she was driving on the news last night I knew something wasn't right.
Obviously she had a problem and her husband knew about it and I am sure her brother did too that is why he went up there so fast. She passed out probably from being drunk and on drugs!!
Why did anyone let her ever dirve with those kids??????????????

OMG!!!! I have been following this story and it made me so sad - i thought there had to be something physically wrong with her. This now makes me absolutely sick. I feel so sorry for the family of the 3 men that died. They went to my church and I saw their funerals. I thought it was weird that they couldn't get more information from the brother and husband - maybe they were trying to protect her. I was feeling horrible for her and now I am disgusted at how she acted in such a selfish manner.

how terrible, this makes this terrible story SO MUCH WORSE....her poor brother, I am sorry to say, but I would have so much hatred in my heart after hearing this....
how dare she is right.....wanna kill yourself, fine....but to take along your precious child and ALL of your brother's children AND 3 other innocent people is inexcusible...

But it was early in the morning so I am assuming she had a drinking problem and this wasn't something new. Why let your kids ever in the car with her??????

That absolutely BLOWS my mind!!!! How can you get in a car drunk and high with all of those children in the car??!! And those poor people in the other car!!! I'm just shocked at this story. It's SO horrible.

This article says the DH was driving home in another vehicle with the dog. I thought we heard he was going fishing (never heard about the dog either).
So OBVIOUSLY either way, her DH had to know SOMETHING. He was probably just as drunk or high. As someone above said, I highly doubt she was drinking and drugging alone. Maybe she took the kids b/c SHE was the less drunk/high of the two (or so they thought).

If the report is true, this will make a devastating situation even harder to swallow.
Something about this is just not sitting right with me. I feel like some major details of what when on that morning/or prior evening are missing.

All I can say is Wow, I can not believe what this woman did. Something just didn't add up when they said she called her brother and told him she didn't feel well and he called the cops to look for her. They confused me a bit, but I think he knew what was up, which is why he called the cops. I know her husband is suffereing with his wife and daughter gone and son still fighting, but If he knew his wife was intoxicated, and allowed her to go, so he could go fishing, I hope......
Those poor children. I hope she is rotting in hell. How could a mother do that to any child, let alone her own flesh and blood. I am so angry!!

She is a murderer!

From the beginning I found unbelievable that people HAD TO find an excuse for her. She killed children and other bystanders. SHE went the wrong way.
I can only imagine if she had been a men. I doubt she would have had as much sympathy then.
I still cannot believe the disparity on how people feel when a man or a woman in involved in an accident.
SHE was drunk and under the influence of drugs. And NOW everyone think she is a POS. Not before.. when she went the wrong way and killed people.
