i paid $975 when i closed on my house 3.5 years ago. i hired the same lawyer now that i'm selling and he raised to $1K.

I paid $600. but we used him for 2 closings and he is a friend.

$1000 but we get a $600 voucher from the PBA so we only pay $400

Around $1k . Im a real estate agent so deal with them all the time . I would suggest that you make sure that they deal mainly with real estate.

We paid 1200 but that included the closing on our house we were selling as well as buying. this was in 2007.
