question about visiting LI
what is the best time of year to come and see NYC and LI? obv winter isnt so great 
hoping to sometime in the next couple of years to make it with DD to see everyone i have chatted with over the last 3-4 years!

Yay!!   Personally, I think it's beautiful in the spring! Not to sticky with the crazy humidity like it is in summer! NYC would be nice to walk around at that time too!

sounds like you have similar weather to us...expect its nicer about a month earlier!
so here is my plan right now...if we dont go to Florida with my parents i am hoping we can come for a visit this may/june or sept. if we do go to florida this year aiming for next year either spring or fall!
Ron was soo nice this summer to try and get DD and I out there but dates didnt end up working out. Hopefully I can figure out something myself to get out there and we can meet some of you!

come in the fall...Oct. then you will have decent weather and can really enjoy all the local fall activities!
