Quest pregnancy bloodwork
I was just told by my doctor's office that my bloodwork for SMA was not ready yet. It's been 2 months since they took my blood and they are still claiming the results are not in. Did it take a ridiculously long time for your SMA results to come back? This is something I am really concerned about because it runs in my family.

Mine didn't take that long. 2 months is a long time. 3-4 weeks, ok, but not 2 months.

That shouldn't be. I get all of my lab work done at Quest, and my dr. requests that I do it within 2 weeks of my following appt. to ensure that they have the results in time. The one time that something came up abnormal, I was notified in about a week.
I'm so sorry you are going through this, I know waiting is so stressful!
