What to make with 2 lbs of chopped meat
I took some out of the freezer to make chilli and realized I had no cans of tomato sauce so couldn't do that. My cupboards are pretty bare lol, will be stocking up tomorrow but looking for ideas on what to make. I thought maybe meatballs in some type of a brown gravy (maybe like swedish- I've never had!). Also thought shepards pie but no potatoes I'm not a fan of meatloaf. Any other ideas?

tacos
hamburger steaks
You could cook it up with whatever vegetables you have in the house, or mix it with some pasta (elbows maybe?) and butter sauce.

What to make with 2 lbs of chopped meat
I usually go for a big batch of taco meat when I have a lot of chop meat to cook. I freeze the leftovers and use it for casseroles, taco bowls, enchiladas, etc.
