Morning Sickness or Stomach Virus

I am almost 14 weeks pregnant and have had some minor morning sickness (just nausea...no vomiting) up to this point. However, yesterday I was fine all day until late afternoon where I was SO nauseas and dry heaved a bit. It passed after 2 hours. Today I woke up with a sore throat but again was fine until tonight. I have been so nauseas and just got very sick. This is the first time this has happened this entire pregnancy which is making me question whether this is a stomach bug or morning sickness. Just to add, I still don't feel good and my stomach is doing flips as I wrote this. Please tell me your thoughts

I had the same question when I was about 8 or 9 weeks and it ended up being a virus. I threw up about 8 or 9 times between 1am and 8am. I couldn't even keep down water. I also had a slight temp. That made me believe virus over MS.

It could be a virus, however I've been nauseous my entire pregnancy but only actually threw up twice...both times in my 2nd tri...once dry heaved and once a lot more than dry heaved (sorry TMI). Both times were directly related to getting a whiff of something foul smelling (I have super smell strength since getting pregnant), so I know for me it wasn't a virus, but morning sickness. My point is that it is possible that its just morning sickness getting more intense...
