Mayo shelf life
I have a large supply of mayo (the mayo here tastes different and I don't like it!) with an expiration date of the end of April and the end of July.
I've read various things to throw it out a week after the expiration date to it can survive indefinitely.
My next "shipment" comes in September or October.
I really don't want to throw it all out when the time comes, but I also don't want to get sick. It's Hellmans light if that makes any difference. And, yes I know, it's bad for you.

Mayo shelf life
good question! I personally have eaten mayo well past its expiration (it looked and smelled fine) but I would not have fed it to anyone else. I think I would eat the April one til July, then eat the July one til the shipment comes in, as long as they look and smell ok.

Unless they are opened already, they should be fine. I love German mayo, especially on french fries and ham sandwiches.

On fries at restaurants it's OK (still like my Hellmans), but I can't find a supermarket brand I like. They also seem to have two different kinds and I gave up trying to find one I like a long time ago .
They sell Hellmanns here, but for 4 Euro, no thank you!
