Bleeding & Scared
I am 9.5 weeks, just went to the bathroom and wiped and saw some blood, I am so scared! I called up my OB and he said to come in the office this morning. Oddly enough I was just there last night and everything looked good. Has anyone had bleeding and it turned out to be ok? I'm so nervous and thinking the worst.

If it's just a little when you wipe I wouldn't worry. It could be old blood or a hematoma or irritation if you had a vaginal exam last night.

I was bleeding at 10 weeks. Had a gush of blood. Went to OB two days later. They didn't want to see me so fast bc I didn't have cramping. Said it could have been old blood.
Finally went in and baby was fine.
I had a sub chronic hematoma.
Was told to take it easy for a few days. And that I could have more bleeding.
Thankfully it reabsorbed back into the body. By 12 weeks it was gone.
Good luck. I'm sure everything will be fine.

yup, I had some spotting from 10weeks - 16 weeks... placenta previa that moved away around 15/16 weeks. my son is now feeding at my boob.

I had bright red bleeding at 11 weeks with my first pregnancy. It was the day after I heard the heartbeat for the first time with the doppler. We never figured out why I bled, but there can be so many reasons for it. I left work, took it easy and drank tons of water. I went to the doctor a few hours later and everything was fine. I have a healthy almost 6 year old. I hope everything is okay!

Do you have placenta previa? If so, it could be from the placenta moving. Or it could be from the internal sono last night.

Thank you for your good thoughts- thankfully the baby is ok but the doctor is not really sure what caused the bleeding. Possibly cervix irritation since I'm still on crinone. Hopefully it doesn't happen again!!

I had bleeding at 12 weeks. My dr said it could have just been the pregnancy settling. I have a healthy active 9 month old :)

So happy to hear that everything is ok!! I had heavy bleeding at 9 weeks. Baby was ok. The dr found a polyp on my cervix and believes that is what caused the bleeding.
