Hi there
Haven't been on here in a long time!!!! Just wondering…
If you have chosen to freeze your embies, does the lab give you a document stating how many there are, grade, etc. ? I received a bill/receipt for payment of initial freezing of my embies during my last IVF cycle, but that was it! I never received anything else, not even a bill-EVER! Im petrified to see what I owe and wondering what proof do I even have that they are there!!!???

No document - just the bill that came every 6 months. I am sure you can ask for a copy of your fert report

I receive a bill yearly. Technically I have no other "proof", but I have faith they wouldn't lie. We've been storing my DH's sperm for 11 years and when we need its at the facility.

Is it possible that your insurance paid for it and that's why you haven't gotten a bill? This was the situation with me and the only reason I knew about it was bc of the EOB I recv'd from Aetna.
