I have naturally dark brown hair and have an ombre/sombre currently in my hair. I'm not sure if I love it. I go back and forth. There are a few pieces on top that look slightly too streaky for me. I was thinking of doing a semi-permanent hair color (one that washes out) myself just to see if I'd like one solid color more and if i end up loving it, to go back to a salon and get it done professionally. Can I do this over already dyed hair? Also, when it washes out will it wash out to what I have now? Lastly, is it possible to go lighter than my base with one of those semi permanent box colors? Any recs? Sorry so many questions I never self dyed!!! Thanks!
