TDAP?
Does anyone know if they make different versions of the TDAP shot for pregnant people like they do the flu shot?

Re: TDAP?
I don't think so- my OB wrote me a prescription and sent me to cvs and didn't specify like she did with the flu shot.

TDAP?
Oh that's interesting. My OB doesn't do them in her office and when I asked her about getting it, she was like some people get it now some people get it in the hospital, I will leave that up to you.

I've heard of people getting it in the hospital but my OB suggested I get it now to pass on immunity to the baby. It was super weird- I went to cvs with the prescription and they gave me a syringe! I gave it back because I didn't want to walk around with it lol and waited until the day of my doctors appointment. That time they only gave me a vial and my OB administered it for me. So bizarre!! My OB did say my DH could go to a walk in clinic or his regular doctor and get the shot as well since she couldn't write a prescription for him.
