Irrational fears
I got my panorama results yesterday and came back low risk in all categories.
Today I started obsessing over the potential for a neural tube defect because I had a fever at 4 weeks and took two hot baths before I knew I was pregnant. Someone tell me how irrational I am being.

pretty sure there's nothing you can do to cause a neural tube defect
ETA. There's also nothing wrong with taking a bath...

I took hot baths throughout my pregnancies and both kids were born completely healthy. And never heard of the fever/neural tube thing before.
You can relax.

Youre 100% fine. At four weeks you're just implanting. It's honestly soooooo early. You don't even share a bloodline. There are soooo many restrictions and recommendations but you have to remember women have been giving birth since the beginning of time we and our fetuses are more resilient than you'd think!!!!

crashing...I had the flu at 5 weeks and sprained my ankle with DD and Everything turned out fine.

I did a lot of things that were not allowed/recommended and I had a healthy 9lb baby so don't beat yourself up with thinking crazy thoughts
