Just got the call - we've exhausted our insurance coverage...
Times like this I'm glad I work by myself and can just sit and cry...and try to catch my breath.
We're financially unable to continue with the treatments on our own, so it's kind of a final kick in the gut.
We are extremely blessed to have a child already and we thank God for him everyday. It is just hard to realize this may be the end of our hopes to grow a little more.

im sorry. thats the situation we were in too. I had 15 K in pharma coverage (which maxed out cycle 1) and 15K in IVF treatments which gave me two cycles.
I know I am fortunate to have had the coverage and opportunity to try, but it still sucks knowing that it was the end of the road.

I am so sorry. I wish they didn't limit this its such BS to me. I was fortunate to have good coverage but it sickens me that this has a limit.

I am so very sorry. I hate that they put a "limit" to how much you can try to have a baby.

Last night we got the "rejection" letter from the insurance company. According to them with 6 failed IUI attempts it is pretty positive that I'm unable to have a baby - according to their "experts". Talk about adding salt to a wound.

That is BS!!! It just means IUI is not working and you need IVF. I had 6 failed IUI's and got pregnant via IVF.
Can you apply for a grant?
