Question about gifts for twin birthday party
My DS has been invited to a twin (b/g) birthday party. The boy is in the same class as my DS, the girl is in a different class. The invite only mentioned the boy's name. Should I buy a gift for both of them ? Would it be ok if bought a bigger gift for the boy and a smaller one for the girl ? My DS is friends with both of them.

Question about gifts for twin birthday party
If the invite only mentioned the boys name, I would only get him a gift. If you are friends outside of school with the family, I would probably get a gift for the other child as well.

This. You were invited to his birthday party. She has her own friends. If it said both their names I'd get something for her, but in this instance only get for him.
DS was invited to a trampoline party. I didn't even know his sister, who is 2 years older, was also doing a party too. They had separate tables and even separate themes and cakes.

Re: Question about gifts for twin birthday party
I have boy/girl twins and when I invite people to their party I try to tell people not to feel obligated to buy for both. Some do, some buy smaller tokens for the other kid but in no way do I expect people to buy for both of them.
ETA: As a mom of twins, I always buy for both

Question about gifts for twin birthday party
My girls are twins and some would buy both and some just one. It was fine with the girls and me. We would also get combo gifts like gift cards to the movies.

Question about gifts for twin birthday party
I have twin boys in two different classes. We just had their birthday end of October. The majority of present went to a specific child- although they share. The only people that bought for both were family members or close friends.
