Cytotec after D&C

Hi,

Has anyone taken Cytotec after their D&C? I had my D&C on Friday, everything was good until Sunday. I started getting sharp pains when I sat or stood up, and to go to the bathroom was like labor pains.

Yesterday I went to the Dr. to make sure all was OK and she said my uterus was filled with clots and gave me cytotec to help move them along.

A lot of clots was an understatement, I passed more than a lot last night and my stomach is very sore today, and it still hurts to go to the bathroom and sit and stand. it feels like I have done a million crunches mixed in with cramps.

I am not bleeding much at all anymore, so I am hoping all the clots are gone, but why am I still so sore and crampy?

I thought after the D&C I would be able to move on, then I had to go through this last night. Anything else I can expect to happen before this nightmare ends?

Oh god, I'm so sorry this is happening to you. No experience to add, but I can't believe this happened - talk about adding insult to injury. This stinks for you. I hope you're in less pain now.

I hope you feel better. I know at my job they give lots of ladies cytotec and it does just what you stated.
