2 week old with gas...any tips?
I will call the doc on monday to see if we should change her formula but in the mean time I thought I'd see if you all had any tips?
For the last week it seems like she only poops every 2 days...so on the off days she has a lot of gas.

2 week old with gas...any tips?
For us, we switched to gentlease. Also, did gas drops, colic calm, burping more through a bottle, holding him upright for a bit after eating. I watched some youtube videos on infant massage for gas that were great.

Gently massage her tummy in a clockwise motion and bicycle her legs.

gas drops! mix it in with the bottle. also extra burping after meals and keeping lo upright instead of flat

I used chamomile tea from when my daughter was only a week old. BUT she didnt have constant gas. I only used it once in a while and only about1/2 ounce. I always did it plain like my grandmother told me to and double checked with the dr to make sure it was ok. Worked wonders!

I found playtex nursers bottles worked way better than dr browns for my LO. I did gas relef drops and changed formula to Alimentum (hypoallegenic)
Also did camomile tea with a little brown sugar as per dr. And massages and 'bicycle' legs to relieve it.

Everything she said except I EBF and I also gave Gripe Water which is great. I swear by the Playtex Drop-In nurser bottles, but of course each baby is different.
