I'm embarrassed to report that my legs are still sore from that 20 min run/jog on Tuesday. I don't usually run but I couldn't get to the gym so I went to the park. Needless to say, I didn't run on Wed. Just did my usual at home workout when I don't get to the gym
20 pushups 30 sec plank 20 Plank jacks 30 seated leg tucks

contemplating redoing this week....
Had a really hard time, lower back hurt (added extra inserts in my sneakers-hope this helps), got a cramp, just feeling tired and run down...

6/13: Week 5 Day 1 of C25K again. I haven't run since last Wednesday so I decided to repeat Day 1. I added 90sec of running to the last 5 min run, but then my calves cramped up really bad.

1.5 mile warm up jog/walk on incline
10 press ups 20 burpees 30 push ups 40 squats 50 sit ups
3 rounds
Then some leg work to strengthen my hammies and quads (and reduce my runner's knee!)
