Cai goes to bed around 8:30-8:45 - he actually drinks a little all night - I never really cut off fluids. He pees one time before bed and that is it. Once in a while he wakes up to pee in the middle of the night - I don't remember the last time he did that though!

I got lucky. when DD day trained...night training just came along with it. when diapers went during the day, they went at night.

and knock on wood...sh ehas never wet the bed.

I think its what others said...when they are ready...they will do it on their own. The limiting of fluids etc isnt going to make or break them.

DD gets a 1/2 cup of milk a 1/2 hr before bed and also has a whole cup of milk or juice with dinner and doesnt get up in the middle of the night. and she has an early bedtime of about 7:30.
