Those of you who are bored/frustrated with the first workout might want to skip ahead and do the second one for a change. I think it's more fun than the first, and it's not any more difficult. There's no reason you can't alternate them and do each one every other day. Try it; you'll see.

I did workout 2 for the first time tonight-holy cow those are some funky moves!
It definitely made it go by faster, but I think I am going to mbe in serious pain tomorrow.

Yeah even in the beginning, I can't do those bending parts!
It's SO pathetic but with how my back is... if I bend to "touch my toes" - I honestly can't even reach my knees! My range of motion is SO limited from my bulging disc!!! So I couldn't even do Level 2.
I don't think doing LEvel 1 for 30 days will help though!!! Plus now my back is KILLING!
Does anyone know of more AB videos?
I have 10ish lbs to lose and it's like ALL in my belly!

MY SIL did something called Turbo Jam and lost all of her pregnancy weight plus some. I have no idea what kind of exercises it include though...

Second day at level 2 and it is so intense. I am dripping afterwards. I might have to go back to level 1 tomorrow and try again at level 2 in a few days. We will see.
Is is better to tough it out at level 2 and not necessarily get the whole work out (I do it non stop but some of the moves are complicated) or better to go back to work out 1 because I can do the program (still sweating so I know I am getting something out of it)?
It's probably better to stick with the harder level, right?

I stuck with level 2-it's killer (I can't imagine level 3 ) but I'm starting to feel/see the effects.

I did one day of it. It is waaay too hard on my knees, but I like some of the strength training moves. I think I will just use the video to do those and do cardio on my elliptical.

What can you do? If you have back problems, you cannot do planks for 20 minutes! You'll find something that works for you

Level 2 is easier on the knees than Level 1 is. Much less jumping with level 2.
