Holy cramps!!!
I triggered with Ovidrel on Tuesday at 7pm. Had my back to back IUI yesterday and today. The one yesterday did not make me cramp much during the day, but today I woke up with cramps and I was cramping all day before the second insemination. After the second insemination, the cramping intensified (it is more painful when I go from sit to stand position).My lower abdomen(uterus/cervix?) feels like someone is blowing up a balloon in it ( so bloated) and stomping on it at the same time.
Dr. R asked me if I had cramps before doing the second insemination. When I said "yes", he told me that was good because it signifies ovulation. He told me I will have cramps and bloating for the next week due to so many mature follicles. I sincerely did not expect it to be this bad.
After some research, I found out the cramping could be from the Ovidrel, the ovulation itself, or the washing of the sperm (whatever that means).
Has anyone else have this experience?
If so, how bad were your cramps/bloating? and how long did it last?
Just curious

I had one I.U.I w/a trigger and I cramped for days!!! I was bloated like a fat balloon until AF arrived. 
My stomach is finally back to normal....
I felt like a beast!

I've done IUI's with and without the ovidrel trigger. The month I did the ovidrel my cramps were much worse. I had cramping for days, they lessened every day but I think they lasted about a week. The first day or two was much worse. It got better after that. The months I didn't need the ovidrel, I had a lot less cramping.
It sounds like what you're going through is totally normal. Not fun, but normal!

Thank you for your reply ladies I feel much better today. Still a bit of cramping but nothing compared to yesterday
My boobs are killing me as well....and the bloating!!! Not pretty  but all worth it for the end result.

Glad you're feeling a little better! The bloating is rough! I never had sore boobs though, maybe that's a good sign for you?
