is this normal ?
i am 28 weeks and 3 days
feels like AF cramps

Do they hurt???
BH usually don't hurt too much but more just alot of tightening in the belly. They can also be uncomfortable but not painful...at least that was the case for me anyway.

Are the regular?
Is it in the front or back?
Do they stop if you lie down or change position?
Usually BH is in the third trimester. They will be irregular, only in the front & stop if you walk or lie down.
Drink lots of water!
It could be round ligament pain too.
