Any truth to the old wives tale about hair and heartburn?
Sorry to crash but this thought just popped into my mind and I figured no one better to ask then BTDT moms 
Although I do have occasional heartburn it hasn't gotten to the point where it is constant and unbearable. When it does act up I pop a tums and it works like a charm.
So do you think my  will be born bald?

I never had any heartburn and my DD came out with a whole head of head.
So I think it is a wives tale...

I had really bad heartburn during the 3rd trimesters and both of my girls had a little hair. I don't buy it...I think it's often just a coincidence.

ETA: My sis had NO hb and her DD came out with TONS of hair.

I had horrible heartburn and ds came with a dusting of hair!
My friend had not heartburn and her DS had so much hair you could actually see it on a regular sonogram!
I liked to believe it held water because it made me feel better about my suffering but truly I dont think it did...

I had horrible heartburn and acid reflux and Rylan had a head full of black hair!! I have to say that both me and his daddy also had a full head of hair at birth.

my SIL had bad heartburn her whole entire pregnancy and her baby was bald.

For me No.
My 1st pg i had heartburn, the normal kind you get in the 3rd trimester and my DD was born with rod stewart hair.
My 2nd dd i had vicious, non stop, the most god awful heartburn from the day that sperm met the egg til after she was born. She was born with peach fuzz.

Mine were awful too and I had 2 's born with a full of hair.
