B-fast: Pumpkin smoothie (.5 cup canned pumpkin, 8oz. rice milk, 1tsp cinnamon, 2 tsp. sugar, 2 ice cubes blended)
Lunch: 1/2 of a stuffed pepper (with ground turkey, rice and tomato sauce)
Dinner: Full stuffed pepper (I'm all about diet monotony) piece of cornbread
Snack: natural PB on apple glass of OJ handful of almonds

B: 2 HB egg whites, 1 sm. latte w/ skim and splenda
L: ended up going out for indian food instead, had a lil of everything (buffet) no idea how many points but I know it was way too many
S: 1 TBSP PB & 1 sm. banana
D: 1 part skim polly-o, 12 almonds, ( didnt have much of an appetite because I was full from lunch)

DH got me sick - let the good times roll:
Breakfast: coffee with 2 tbsp ff vanilla creamer
Lunch: 2oz chicken 1/2 cup peas
snack: 1/2 cup puffins mixed with 2 tbsp carob chips
Dinner: bowl of tomato soup 1/2 of a stuffed pepper piece of cornbread
Snacks: 1 tbsp peanut butter 1/2 cup rice milk

When the food is not in their bank of pre-pointed foods and you calculate it yourself, it comes up as "food I created"

Dinner 1 chicken burger 1 light hamburger roll 2 servings frozen french fries
Snack 1 mini bag popcorn
ETS: I have not been reaching all my ww guildlines (i.e. 5 servings of fruit, 2 dairy, multivitamin and oil). The only thing I'm being really good about is my water. This week I'm going to set a mini-goal for myself to get ALL my fruits and veggies, dairy and oil in.

I probably do!!! No I didn't make it, Ray and I went out for indian friday night and it's leftover since then. It's pretty high in points (9 per cup!!!! ) but I finally am finishing up the last of it today. It was okay, I like homemade biriyani better

Excercise Not really excercise but I'll be cleaning the bathroom and kitchen and doing food shopping and laundry with DH - this is a lot for me lol
