Friday
breakfast: 1 slice diet rye bread w/ tsp hummus (i know weird for breakfast but I had a craving) & 2 HB egg whites
lunch: turkey,1 slice 2% cheese, mustard on diet rye bread
snack: 1 low fat polly-o string cheese
dinner: not sure yet.

It's Monday!!
Weigh In: Down 6.5 lbs! Not as great as I hoped but I wasn't always 100%...hope to see greater losses in the future
Breakfast 3 egg whites 1 Banana
Lunch Slim Fast shake w/ protein 1 cup strawberries
Snack 1 serving hummus
Dinner 1 cup turkey chili 1 serving frozen veggies
Excercise Going to the gym, not sure what I'm doing yet...probably ~ 45 min cardio and lower body weight training

snack a.m.: apple mini rice cakes lunch: 4 oz chicken veggies 1/2 cup kidney beans 1 cup brown rice
snack: 100 calorie snack
dinner chicken salad
1 hour in the gym this morning

Snack Low Fat Cottage Cheese (1/2 cup)
Lunch SO Spicy Szechuan Style Vegetables
Dinner Grilled Chicken Thigh Corn on the Cob Baked Potato
Snack WW Vanilla Smoothie w/1% milk & small banana
Exercise Still sick...after sleeping allllllll weekend long I'd hope it would be out of my system, but nope! So I MIGHT try 1/2 on bike, but most likely will continue to sleep after work.
Water x million!

Lunch: Trader Joe's low carb wrap (1) 2 oz. Boar's Head Roast Beef (2) 1/2 oz. Cheddar Cheese (1.5) 1 Tbsp Miracle Whip (1) (9.5 points)
Snack: 3 frozen grapes (.5) (10)
Dinner: 1 Cup Penne Alla Vodka (7) 2 Cups Salad (0) Salad Spritzer (0) (17)
3 points left for dessert . . . .

Lunch Subway, Turkey, lots of veggies on wheat with light mayo
Snack 1/2 cup Low Fat Cottage Cheese
Dinner Grilled Small Chicken Thigh Corn on the Cob Garden Salad w/O&V
Snack WW Smoothie w/1%milk & banana
Exercise Still taking it easy, but may do recumbant bike....

8/1/06 - MON-Fri Diet
Breakfast: Myoplex proteins shake w/ 1 tblsp of PB, Unsalted
3 hrs later: 3 egg whites
3 hrs later: LUNA bar w/fruit ex: strawberries, banana, grapes
3 hrs later: 3 oz grilled ckn w/veg ex: broccoli, peas, spinach
3 hr later: DINNER! 3 oz of grilled ckn or turkey meat/burger w/salad. topped w/tomatoes and cucumbers-dressing Balsamic Vinegar and a tsp of olive oil.
So far, I lost 4pds I also hit the gym 3/4x wk and do cardio and weight train.
ALL HARD WORK!!

Okay, joining in...
Breakfast: 2 slices honey wheat toast with peach preserves and a lowfat yougurt.
Lunch: Ham and swiss w/ a bit of honeymustard dressing, handful of baked lays, and a peach.
Snack: 100 calorie pack of cookies
Dinner: uhh, dunno yet.
Exercise: Walked the dog (about 1 1/2 miles total). Swam for about 25 minutes (12 laps).

snack: tall caramel frap. but I did get the light version of it and no whipped cream.
dinner: english muffin w/ 1 tbsp cream cheese and 1/4 mango
dessert: sugar free jello
hit the gym again today :)
