Breakfast: 1 hard boiled egg white, 1/2 english muffin w/ 1 wedge light laughing cow cheese
lunch: left over - jerk chicken
dinner: not sure yet.
didnt get to the gym this morning :(

Lunch Slim fast shake w/ protein
Snack baby carrots
Dinner 2 chix thighs
Excercise Going to the gym... 30 min cardio Lower body weight training

lunch: steamed chicken n broccoli w/ sauce on the side.
dinner: not sure yet but something healthy!
dessert: sugar free jello
I lost 2lbs last week!

I had a bad weekend too, now its time to get back on track!!
Breakfast: Brown Sugar Oatmeal & 1/2c blueberries
Lunch: Salad with grilled chicken & ranch dressing
Dinner: 2 Veggie Burgers w/ Lite english muffins
Snack: Lite applesauce
Exercise: 45 mins on the treadmill after work.

Breakfast 2 slices of 7 grain light toast one with ICBINB - Light the other with LC Light Original. Coffee w/FF Half & Half
Lunch Turkey Wrap & V8
Dinner Not sure yet....
Exercise Planning on FIRM ABS, but may take it easy...and just recumbant bike today.

dinner: dinner at a friend's house - small serving of tilapia and steak, 1 tbsp mashed potatoes, grilled zucchini.
dessert: chocolate stuffed pastry and cake I know soooo bad ( Azad thanks for asking but as you can see didnt do so great, but this is my one spoiler for the week!)

Dinner Whole wheat boboli pizza with fat free cheese, onions and peppers!! sooooo good!!!
Excercise Weight training - total body only 15 min cardio

Same 5 day diet w/ some changes each day. Eaten w/in every 3 hrs.
Morning- Myoplex Protein Shake w/1tbsp of PB-Unsalted
-3 Eggs HB-whites only
-LUNA bar w/fruit or yogurt
-grilled ckn-3oz w/vegetable
-grilled ckn, w/salad, balsamic vinegar and a tbsp of olive oil
No more protein drink at end of nite. Causing my stomach to bloat and not feel good.

Dinner 2 chix thighs (last of it) frozen veggies
Snack fat free/sugar free lime jello
Excercise Softball game tonight!!!
In other news, I have a hard time NOT snacking at night I usually have at least two snacks cause I'm so hungry
BUT, I've resolved not to do that cause it is just setting me back and I had some 94% ff popcorn last night and that's it (although I was hungry). I hope I can keep that up My bad snacking habits are terrible!
Anyway, I also have a bachelorette party on saturday but I'm definitey going to weigh myself monday morning no matter what, so I'm going to try my best not to blow it.
I hate obstacles Sorry to be a debbie downer today

lunch: turkey, 2% cheese, mustard on diet rye bread
snack: pollyo string cheese
dinner: 3 small fried plantains (my mom made em and I couldnt resist ) and 1 tbsp hummus
dessert: sugar free jello

Azad...try a smoothie at night! When I was doing them consistant I felt great, not guilty....plus it helped me get my calcium in for the day...
Thursday - 07/27
Breakfast 1 egg 2 slices light 7 grain toast w/ICBINB
Lunch Subway turkey or chicken breast on wheat, lots of veggies.
Dinner 1/2 Chicken Breast - bone in Corn on the Cob 1/2 c. rice
Snack WW Choc smoothie w/1% milk
Exercise... Feeling REALLY sick...if I feel up to it tonight I'd like to do 1 hour on recumbant.
Water x million...about half of those with Airborne!

They're not bad at all... I definitely recommend doing them through the blender to break up all the powder chunks...I also like to make them with milk & ice. The vanilla is REALLY good with some berries!
