Customer service RAVE!
I just have to say, if anyone is considering buying a Zooper stroller, go for it! They have the absolute best costumer service I have ever had to deal with. I had a problem with my double stroller that I bought in November. I emailed today and within 3 minutes I got a response. They asked I email them a picture of my issue and again, a few minutes later, they informed me that they were overnighting a replacement part. I couldn't believe it, I expected to maybe hear back on Monday the earliest. I am so happy I decided to spend the $$$ and buy from Zooper!
Silly, I know but I feel like every single time I have to call a companies CS it is a complete, useless, nightmare. It was so nice for once to get an easy and fast resolution.

It's not silly, its true! CS is generally a nightmare!
